Buyer must provide the following information:A- Buyer Name and Address. Phone Number, and EmailB -Shipping Address and Phone Number
Make an offer. All serious offers will be considered and discussed. Offers can be made on all posted artworks, not only on those so indicated.
All communications will be through the gallery email at info@galeriapalomas.com in order to insure confidentiality.
Prices are net for unframed pieces. Framed works will be sold with an additional surcharge. Shipping and handling will be charged directly to the buyer in advance unless arrangements are made for the buyer to pick-up. Subject to state sale tax where applicable.
Payments can be through Credit Card (Visa/Master Card/Amex/Discovery), PayPal, bank ACH or check. Please contact us to make arrangements over the phone.
A 25% deposit is required to set aside paintings. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment for the work and shipping is required before delivery.
Shipping and handling will be done through surface carriers. Most works will be shipped in a cardboard box or mailing tube. Original paintings may require crating. Rates will be determined at the time of purchase. Consignment pieces will be shipped directly from the owners to avoid unnecessary handling.
All paintings are sold "AS IS" and without recourse. The gallery does not make any warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to such works. Prospective buyers are strongly advised to carefully examine any work in which they are interested to determine its condition and size. We will make photographs available on request. All sales are final.
Please remember that the artist retains all copyright to their work. There is no warranty or representation, express or implied that the purchaser will acquire any copyright or reproduction rights to any works sold. The artist expressly reserves the right to reproduce any image of the work sold in this catalogue. The copyright in all images, illustrations and written material produced by the artist relating to the contents of this catalogue, is, and shall remain at all times, the property of the artist and shall not be used by the buyer, nor by anyone else, without the artist’s prior written consent.
